REFUND AND CANCELLATION
We have a No Refund Policy.
If you have received a damaged or tampered parcel, do not accept it. If the item you receive is not the product you ordered, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. We request you to not send back an item without prior communication with us as no credit or replacement shall be given on products received as thus from your end.
We issue credit notes only on the return of a non-discounted product.
- Credit notes issued on the return of a product purchased is valid only for 3 months from the date of issue.
- A credit note can be used for the cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the note issued.
- The credit note cannot be used if the cart value is less than the credit note value.
- We do not allow the credit note amount to be split in different amounts, nor do we allow two or more credit notes to be combined.
- A credit note cannot be transferred to another user.
All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be accepted only if they are in their original packing, with the original tags intact. If there are dust bags, storage cartons, belts, or separates such as slips etc., with the parcel delivered to you as part of the purchase, all of these items have to be included in your return.
Please return your items using registered airmail/courier as advised in our return authorization mail. Any shipping costs of sending back the parcel to the company are to be borne by the customer. If the product is damaged or misplaced in transit, then Studio Siana cannot be held responsible.
Any return should be within 7 working days of the email confirmation from our end. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
In case of order cancellations requests, we reserve the right to accept or reject these requests on our discretion. As part of our usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if it is made within twenty four hours of placing an order. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after twenty hours of placing the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The user agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS BY STUDIO SIANA
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept / process and must cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect in the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be credited back in your card account.

For alterations ordered, the cost of shipping the garment to and fro would be borne by the customer. Please confirm the availability of alteration services with us over email.

Please keep in mind that there may be a minor variation in colour of the product ordered as seen on your computer screen as against the actual colour of the product received. We bear no responsibility for the same since colours are as accurately captured at our end as possible, when we catalogue our products.
